Accounts can be disabled for several reasons. Any additional accounts associated with an account experiencing a payment issue will be disabled, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Accounts may be temporarily disabled for protection if they appear compromised.
Accounts may be temporarily or permanently disabled for payment issues, depending on the severity of the problem. Issues can include any refunds, disputes, or chargebacks affecting payments made to the account (or associated accounts).
