We are sorry, it is not possible to have your account name changed. When you first create your account, you do have to choose a unique account name that is not already taken, so changing it is not an option.
Here is how you can change your character name and gender:
- Login to your account
- Go to Falconreach
- Walk to the left and by the well between the potion shops, click 'Who's that?'
- Speak to B.M. Moglin (Black Market Moglin)
- A character name change or gender change costs 1000 DragonCoins each, a base class change costs 500 DragonCoins
