Artix Headphones are made by DigiOrange, Inc and share only the name. You can reach their Customer Support site here. Their Customer Support team should be able to assist you with your question or issue.
There are also other companies who sell other items such as chargers, electronics etc that use the 'Artix' name, but this is not us. Usually they are 3rd party sellers who decided the Artix name looked neat and used it for their products to sell via Amazon, Wal-Mart and Ebay to name a few websites. We're honored they like our name, but unfortunately this isn't us, so we can't assist customers who have purchased these products.
