To confirm your email address you need to:
- Go to the AQWorlds Account Manager
- Login to Account Management
- If your Email Status is Unconfirmed, Click on Resend Email
- You will see the message: "Confirmation email has been successfully sent to your email address."
- Once you receive the email, follow the instructions in the email and click the link that confirms you are the owner of the account.
Once your email address is confirmed, you will see the message:
"Success! Congratulations, your email address has been confirmed and your account is now activated. Check the homepage for news about the game. Notice: Email Confirmed Successfully!"
If you are 13 years or older, you will receive 200 AdventureCoins for confirming your email! Please note, if you already confirmed your email previously, then you cannot get the 200 ACs again.

Q. How can I chat?
Everyone can confirm their email, however, only players who are over 13 years of age can chat on the normal servers. Canned chat is available for our younger players on the Moglin Safe Servers. If you are under 13 years of age and would like to chat, please ask your parents to purchase you a membership.
Q. What if my email is already confirmed but I cannot chat due to an incorrect birth date?
If you provided a wrong date of birth by mistake when you created your account, you can login to the AQW Account Manager to change it. PLEASE NOTE - you can only change your date of birth once, so make sure you have entered your CORRECT date of birth (not when the account was created.)
Q. How do I change my current confirmed email?

Q. What if I don't have access to my original account email?
If you no longer have access to the original account email, you will have to prove you are the owner of the account before we can update it. We can also add a account email if you didn't have one originally. Please visit our Account Recovery Help Page.
Q. How does confirming my email keep my account more secure?
Confirming your email to your account is another step you can take to help keep your account as secure as possible. If you confirm your email, your email cannot be changed without your explicit authorization. If you change your email, you have to click a link in the confirmation email you will receive that authorizes the change to occur. If you do not click that link, your email will not be changed. If you receive an email stating there is a request to change your email and you DID NOT request that change, please change your password immediately!
