All in-game and HeroPoints codes are only emailed via shipping confirmation with a tracking ID number, not order confirmation. This means the customer who placed the order will receive the codes, if there is a different recipient and the order is a gift.
All customers must provide a valid shipping address for their order. If HeroMart cannot confirm an address is correct, then the codes will be removed/disabled and the order will be canceled/refunded.
All customers must also provide a valid email address for their order, as this is the way their codes will be received. The codes will still be printed on the packing slip that is placed inside the package during processing. If you didn't receive your code(s) via email, please check your junk/spam/bulk folders/tabs in case your email filters sent them there by mistake.
Any changes to an order must be made within 48 hours after the order is placed, which includes any updates to the shipping address and email address. If an order has already been processed and packaged and then you want to cancel, you may be subject to a restocking fee.
If a customer has more than 3 returns and/or address issues, then codes will no longer be emailed and can only be obtained when the package is delivered. It is also possible you may be blocked from placing any future orders.
If a customer has a chargeback, then all codes and associated game accounts will be disabled as per the HeroMart Refund/Return/Exchange Policy. They can also be blocked from placing any further orders in the future.
Codes cannot be shared, traded, sold or bought. They can only be given away to someone if they have not been redeemed to any game/account yet.
A specific code that comes with in-game rewards or HeroPoints can only officially be obtained by purchasing the physical item it was created for or given as a gift as per above.
If a code is obtained by any unofficial means, such as through a reseller, this is at your own risk and can result in the code and any associated accounts to be disabled. You can only safely purchase HeroMart merchandise which comes with codes via HeroMart.com and not through any other website, social media, Discord, or other platforms.
