If you purchased a HeroMart product that comes with a code and you did not receive it, we can help.
If you ordered a HeroMart product that came with a packing slip and the code is printed on there, please check your package again in case the packing slip is still in the package or fell out.
If you checked again and there is still no packing slip or card with the code printed on it, please contact Artix Support.
We are testing emailing codes with the shipping confirmation email provided when the order was placed. Please make sure to check the email provided for the order, including your junk/bulk/spam folders/tabs in case your email filters accidentally sent your shipping confirmation email there.
Also, please make sure your HeroMart came with a code as some HeroMart products do not. All product descriptions at www.HeroMart.com specify what the product comes with, either an in-game code, HeroPoints or with no extra bonus.
