- Zendesk offers multiple ways to login! Here is how:
- Twitter - you will be redirected to Twitter to authorize your login to Zendesk to use your Twitter account. You are prompted to login to your Twitter account and then you can authorize the app (Zendesk.) Then you are redirected back to https://support.artix.com and prompted to enter an email address to complete your profile.
- Facebook - if you are already logged into your Facebook account, you will be prompted to enter your Facebook password. Then you will be prompted to continue using your Facebook account. Then you are redirected back to https://support.artix.com and prompted to enter an email address to complete your profile. If you are not already logged into Facebook via your browser, you will be prompted to login first and then follow the rest of the instructions.
- Google - if you are already logged into your Google account via your browser, you will be prompted to choose your Google account. Then you are logged in via Google. If you are not already logged into your Google account via your browser, you will be prompted to login.
- Microsoft - if you are already logged into your Microsoft account via your browser, you will be prompted to choose your Microsoft account. If you are not, you will be prompted to sign in. Then you will be prompted to allow this app (Zendesk) to access your info. Click Yes and then you are logged into Zendesk with your Microsoft account.
