If you have your Artix Account linked to your AdventureQuest 3D account, you should be able to purchase a package with Artix Points. If you have an issue with your Artix Account or purchasing Artix Points specifically, please visit the General Artix Help Section.
Once you purchase Artix Points, here are the steps to spend those Points via your Artix Account on an AQ3D upgrade:
- Click on My Games then on your AQ3D account (email)
- Click on Manage Game Account and Buy Upgrades
- Log into your AQ3D account
- Click on which package you would like
- For DragonCrystals, clock on the amount you want to purchase
- Click on the payment method you would like to use
- Once the payment processor approves your payment, you will receive your upgrade automatically
