If you haven't logged into your Artix Account and/or changed your password for a long time and/or your email is not confirmed, your account may be temporarily locked until you login to your Artix Account via our Portal Site before you can play EpicDuel again. Please make sure you change your password regularly and confirm your email to ensure your account is safe!
