If you made a payment for an upgrade package and did not receive it yet, first check to see if you need to restore your purchases. You should see the option to restore your purchases under the options/settings via the app.
Restoring your purchase will also work if you changed devices and need to get access to your upgrade package again, but that will not work if you switched to a new device format, such as a new Google Play device when you previously used an iOS/Apple device.
Please also make sure you are logged into the same Google Play or Apple/iTunes account on your device that you used to make your package.
If restoring your purchase doesn't work with a newly purchased upgrade package, please contact Google Play or Apple for more information. We don't have access to their payment systems to see what happened and have not way to manually place an upgrade package on any of the mobile apps:
