The Moglins have already shipped! If you have not received your Moglins yet, it could be due to one of these reasons:
- You have not answered your survey via BackerKit yet so we have your address and know which Moglins you want - Artix Support has been emailing everyone who did not yet, so please check your email!
- You provided an incorrect address, so your Moglins were returned and you were contacted by Artix Support - please check your email!
- Your Moglins were shipped, but were not delivered yet as you are required to pay customs, VAT (value added tax) or handling fees as per your specific country's policies. These must be paid before your Moglins can be delivered.
- There was a payment issue with Kickstarter or BackerKit that was never resolved, so no Moglins were shipped as we did not receive your payment
