If you are having a problem downloading, installing, or using the Artix Game Launcher, please report your issue to our Bug Tracker.
If you need to report a bug for a specific game, please choose the specific game to report via the Bug Tracker. If you need other assistance with a specific game, such as with your account, or payment, or need technical support, please go to the Help Center main page and choose which game you need help with.
Please also make sure you are using the most updated version of the Launcher.
The Launcher requires .net framework 4.5.2 or higher. You can get the latest .net framework here - https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/thank-you/net472.
If you are having a crashing issue on a Windows PC, you can download this Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 that may help - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145.
For Linux players, there is an experimental version of the Launcher that is being tested and we can't support it but if you have any issues, please contact Artix Support.
