Once you receive the automated message above, you can add additional comments to the ticket by replying to your email. You can still reply to your email to update the ticket, even if the ticket was closed automatically if there was no response after a certain amount of time.
Also, if you choose to update your ticket, please be aware that your ticket will go further down our queue and your waiting period will be reset. This is unfortunately not anything we have control over. We will respond to your ticket as quickly as we can!
You can also login to your Zendesk profile and click 'My activities' and then 'my support ticket requests.' You can see your entire ticket history and if you still have a question or issue, you can always create a follow up from whatever ticket you submitted regarding your specific question or issue.
