You can go to https://support.artix.com and click Sign In. Then you will see an option to create a profile.
Please note, if you are creating a profile for Zendesk via the Artix Support Help Center, your full name and email are requested which are mandatory. There is a field that asks for your Twitter account that is not mandatory. This is because there is an option to sign in with your Twitter but this is not mandatory and because Twitter does not see an email to sign in, but a handle. You can ignore the field if you do not have a Twitter account or do not wish to sign in to Zendesk for Artix Support via Twitter.
