We are sorry you lost your gear (or NovaGems)! As noted in our Terms & Conditions, we cannot return:
- Items that have been deleted, destroyed, or sold
- NovaGems that have been spent
- Items or NovaGems lost due to hacking/account sharing/trading
What we CAN do:
If you have upgraded or bought NovaGems: we may be able to check your NovaGems (NG) spending history for inconsistencies. (Available on a case by case basis as a one time exception.)
- Please contact us immediately after NG items are missing. If you wait too long, we will be unable to investigate.
- We can recover your account and give you tips on how to keep it safe!
How can I prevent my items/NovaGems from disappearing?
- NEVER give out your account name and password! This is the most common reason players lose their items and NovaGems
- NEVER share, trade, sell or give away your accounts
