If you paid for a package and haven't received it yet, here is more information to figure out what happened! Please also make sure you have logged out and logged back into your account so you can see you received your package, if your purchase was successful.
- Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or other Xsolla payment method
If you did not receive your package yet, the payment may still be processing or failed/declined if you used a credit/debit card or PayPal. Please visit our Help Page if your payment failed/declined. Any payments that have been approved will receive confirmation emails from Xsolla and AdventureQuest 3D. You can contact Xsolla via their Help Section http://help.xsolla.com/, you can submit a ticket, use live chat, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call them for assistance.
If you purchased a package via Steam, please visit Steam Support for purchases. We do not have access to Steam's system, so we would not know what happened with your purchase.
- iOS (Apple) device
If you purchased a package via your iOS (Apple) device, then please visit Apple Support. We do not have access to Apple's system, so we would not know what happened with your purchase.
- Android device
If you purchased a package via the Google Play store for your Android device, you can contact Artix Support to see if we can find any payments attempts. If we do not see any payment attempts, here is Google Play Help for problems with in-app purchases.
- Artix Points
If you purchased Artix Points to purchase a package and have not received then yet, here is our Help Page. If you did receive your Artix Points, you do need to spend them on a package. Here is our Help Page for more information. Please note - you must have your Artix Account linked to your AQ3D account in order to spend your Artix Points on a package.
