Artix Accounts are disabled for 3 types of reasons:
- Wrong Password
If you entered the wrong password to login too many times, your account may be temporarily disabled. Please visit our Lost Password Page to have your Artix Account password sent to you.
- Payment Issue
If you have a payment issue, your Artix Account may be temporarily, or depending on the severity of the issue, permanently disabled. This includes any kind of refunds/disputes/chargebacks/etc that have affected the payments made to the Artix Account or any associated Artix/Game accounts. Whenever there is a payment issue, any associated Artix/Game accounts are disabled as per our Refund Policy. If you did dispute a payment and want to get your Artix/Game accounts reinstated, please visit our Help Page.
- Account Issue - If an Artix account looks compromised, shared or traded, it may be disabled, depending on the situation. We do everything we can to protect our players and if an account does look compromised, it will be disabled and the original owner needs to contact Artix Support.
Repeat offenders may have their Artix Accounts permanently disabled. If you were warned by Artix Support for account sharing, trading, selling or gifting and/or your password/email was changed WAY too many times, your account may be permanently disabled. Keep your account secure and it only belongs to you! If your Artix Account is permanently banned/disabled, you cannot play HeroSmash or purchase Artix Points and spend them on your linked game accounts.
