If a player in game is violating the Artix Entertainment Rules, please report them using the in-game report system. Click/tap on their character portrait and choose Report. Then select the report reason (or enter the reason) and send the report. A player MUST be reported in game so their in game chat logs can be pulled. Please do not send Artix Support screen shots as we cannot use them as confirmation of rules violations.
Please note - AQ3D has a new chat filter system where by default the chat filters allow the use of profanity as long as it is not toward other players in terms of harassment or abuse. If you do not want to see profanity, you can turn the filter on.
AdventureQuest 3D has an army of in-game moderators who check reports 7 days a week. It may take a business day or so to check and process a report and then if a rule violation is confirmed, a temporary mute or ban is issued. If the rule violation is serious, the report will be escalated to Artix Support and the account may be permanently banned, permanently muted or disabled.
