Please check your package in case your packing slip is still in the package or fell out. Your HeroPoints code is printed on the packing slip.
If you checked again and didn't receive your packing slip, please contact Artix Support.
Also, please make sure your HeroMart came with a code as some HeroMart products do not. All product descriptions at www.HeroMart.com specify what the product comes with, either an in-game code, HeroPoints or with no extra bonus.
